• Job application

  Have you found an interesting vacancy? That’s great – it’s really easy to apply using the application link in the job advertisement. Please note that we are unfortunately not able to consider unsolicited applications at the moment.

  Do you have any further questions about the advertised position? The contact person listed in the advertisement would be happy to help you and will answer any questions you may have about the role and the team.

• Application documents

  Your application is in good hands with us. Every application will be reviewed with great care. When applying, make sure that you have submitted all of the relevant documents and that they are complete (CV, references, qualification certificates). If your qualifications and your profile meet our requirements and you impress us, we will happily invite you to attend an initial interview in person or online to get to know you better. Should your profile not be a good fit for us this time, we will naturally be in touch to let you know.

• Job interview

  The aim of the interview process is to get to know you as a person and to learn what motivates you, how you think and what is important to you. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to familiarise yourself with our company better – namely our values and our culture.

• Decision

  Following the interview, all of the participants will share their thoughts and impressions. If we have the feeling that you would be a good fit for our company and we could make a difference together, you will receive a job offer from us. Should this not be the case this time, we will give you transparent feedback.

• Employment and personnel security screening

  Welcome to armasuisse! It’s great that you will soon be a part of the armasuisse team!

  Before you get started, you will have to undergo the personnel security screening process. As you will be working in a highly confidential security environment, this step is a prerequisite for your employment. The screening process will be initiated and conducted during the recruitment process – and, of course, only with your consent. To ensure that everything runs smoothly, please ensure that your personal details are complete and up-to-date. This will allow us to carry out the screening process swiftly and prepare for your start with us in the best possible manner.

  Once all of the steps have been completed, you will receive your employment contract and then we can concentrate on what really matters – working together to improve the security of Switzerland now and in the future.

• Onboarding

  We will ensure that you get off to a good start in your role with us. On your onboarding day, we will provide you with fascinating insights into armasuisse as well as all of the key information you will need to get started.

  During your probationary period, you will be supervised by a mentor, who will help you to quickly settle in. We will, of course, be on hand to provide you with assistance in the run-up to your first day working for us to ensure that you can start your preparations with your best foot forward.
