With these values, together with joy in our daily work, we want to shape our culture, strengthen our identity and promote cooperation. To make sure that this is not simply lip service, all employees actively work to address how these values can be tangibly experienced in their daily work.

We can only live our values consciously and distinctly if we actively address them. Our corporate culture also includes the important element of «joy». A positive corporate culture is the prerequisite for successfully implementing our corporate strategy. Accordingly, culture has a high strategic relevance. Thus, the new armasuisse corporate strategy also includes the objective of living our values and promoting a positive corporate culture.
