Scout 25: Register now and be there!
Are you interested in the latest technological developments of modern battlefield reconnaissance and countermeasures? Then the technical symposium Scout 25 is just right for you! Recognising dangers, identifying and combating drones as well as drone reconnaissance using modern technology – all this and much more await you on 18 June 2025 at the Thun Military Training Area. Registration is open and will run until 30 May 2025.
In brief
On 18 2025, armasuisse Science and Technology (S+T) is holding a joint event with the Swiss Armed Forces on modern battlefield reconnaissance and countermeasures. The event will take place on the Thun Military Training Area and will consist of keynotes, an exhibition with more than 60 exhibitors in the area of reconnaissance and surveillance from universities to industry, as well as various technology demonstrations.

Scout 25 is being organised by armasuisse S + T together with the Swiss Armed Forces, taking into consideration the vision of the Swiss Armed Forces for 2030+. It is the common goal to be at the cutting edge of technology at all times, as well as to be able to better follow developments and assess the defence capability of the Armed Forces.
At the technical symposium Scout 25, you will have the opportunity all day to find out more about the latest technological developments in this area. In addition to keynotes, you will find an exhibition with more than 60 booths provided by industry and academia from Switzerland and other countries, as well as various live technology demonstrations.

Participation in Scout 25 is restricted to the employees of the Federal Administration, the cantonal security authorities and individual invited guests from the DACH region. Participation is only possible with a confirmed registration. Registration must be from an official federal or work email address. Registration will run until 30 May 2025.
