armasuisse once again receives «Great Start» award
2019 – 2022 – and now 2025! For the third time in a row, armasuisse received the quality label «Great Start! training organisation» from the consulting company «Great Place to Work» and is thus one of the best training enterprises in Switzerland.

armasuisse trains 23 apprentices in 4 different apprenticeship professions – and that at a very high level. The award «Great Start! training organisation» stands for special achievements in the development of trusting working relationships and the creation of attractive and conducive working conditions. Companies from all over Switzerland take part in the certification of the international research and consultancy institute «Great Place to Work» and face the judgement of their own apprentices. However, the comprehensive evaluation of the survey shows not only the comparison with other training enterprises, but can also identify improvement potential in training. In addition to the survey of the apprentices, the vocational training concept of the organisation is also rigorously examined and assessed by experts from «Great Place to Work».
As in the previous years, armasuisse achieved a glowing result and thus underscores constant outstanding performance in the training of apprentices.
