The Competence Sectors
armasuisse consists of five competence sectors. The competence sector «Procurement» is responsible for procuring systems and material for the Armed Forces. «armasuisse Real Estate» is the real estate competence centre of the DDPS and «Science and Technology» is the technology centre of the DDPS. The competence sector «Resources and Support» comprises all the interdisciplinary functions which ensure the operation of the company. The «Strategic Staff» competence sector is responsible for providing strategic support and relieving the Chief of Armaments and the armasuisse company executive.
