The broad spectrum, ranging from finances and HR, communications, politics and legal affairs to IT and corporate development. This makes my work very diversified, and I’m always learning something new. Sent as SMS

The ones that I open first every morning: Outlook, Acta Nova and Acta Nova again. I always open 2 windows at the same time, so that I can switch back and forth. Sent as SMS

In overall solutions, such as the overlapping competence area Resources and Support often needs to provide, a coordinated team effort is required; we are also happy to process individual concerns of employees by means of individual services. Sent as SMS

What has changed in your management style with the pandemic/home workplace? Sent as SMS

I am exercising management duties to a greater extent through trust in my employees. They perform their tasks impeccably and without the boss checking up on them. Sent as SMS

With my wife outdoors in nature, cooking and a good meal as well as with good friends, which is unfortunately not really possible at the moment, and with manual and agricultural work. Sent as SMS
