Why test?
How can we make sure that a product performs as promised?
In the laboratory the main properties of textile flexible sheet material and other accessories are tested. In addition to classical tests used for the characterization of properties in textile flexible sheet material, the fitness for use of shoes, clothing or pieces of baggage can be examined under realistic conditions.
Testing of finished products
Rain tower
Under a simulated strong rain clothing and baggage are tested for watertightness.
In this way material, making-up and manufacturing defects can be detected.
Wash-proof
On one hand the easy-care properties are tested and on the other hand multiple wash cycles can give a clue to the material's service life.
Shoe testing
Our laboratory offers a unique test method: by means of simulated walking motions in water the durability can be examined. In addition we test the adhesion of soles and other components.
Quality assurance
