How to Become a Supplier

The procurements of the armasuisse are carried out according to the regulations of the Federal Law on Government Procurement (BoeB) and the Decree on Government Procurement (VoeB).

The Federal Law on Government Procurement foresees four award procedures:

Open procedure
Open invitation to tender for the planned contract in the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce. All tenderers may submit an offer.

Selective procedure
Open invitation to tender for the planned contract in the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce. All tenderers may submit an application for participation. Based on their qualifications the contracting authority selects the tenderers who may submit an offer.

Invitation procedure
At least three tenderers are invited directly and without invitation to tender to submit a written offer.

Negociated procedure
The contracting authority awards a contract to a tenderer directly and without invitation to tender.
