armasuisse Real Estate is organised as follows:
- Management with Support and Staff,
- management and support processes,
- three business units for the core processes Portfolio and Environmental Management, Facility Management and Construction Management.
The business unit Portfolio and Environmental Management is responsible for the management of the real estate portfolio and for the purchase and sale of real estate. It is divided into four specialized services:
- Spezialized service Portfoliomanagement
- Environmental Management, Design Studies and Standards
- Management of Real Estate Available for Liquidation
- Strategic Real Estate Objects
The business unit Facility Management is responsible for the integrated economic and technical management of the DDPS real estate during the entire life cycle and according to military directives; it is organised as follows:
- Facility Management Western Switzerland
- Facility Management Special Objects
- Facility Management Switzerland
- Facility Management Central Switzerland
- Facility Management Eastern Switzerland
The business unit Construction Management is responsible for the realisation of new development, reconstruction, renewal and repair projects, and is divided into four specialzed services:
- Construction Management Western Switzerland (Lausanne, St-Maurice)
- Construction Management Berne (located in Berne)
- Construction Management Central Switzerland (Kriens, Andermatt, Mt. Ceneri)
- Construction Management Eastern Switzerland (Mels, Dübendorf)
